The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Clerical and Attendance Support Assistant to become a member of our admin team. The successful applicant will be skilled and experienced in working with young people and the general public and will be required to provide administrative support not only to the Attendance Officer, but to all members of staff whilst working in the main office which is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the school.
Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but full training in any specific packages or approaches will be provided.
West Monmouth is an 11-16 mixed comprehensive school serving Pontypool and the surrounding area. West Monmouth has an excellent reputation within its community for both academic results and pastoral care and many pupils from outside our traditional catchment area have chosen to join us in recent years.
