The Governors of Cwmffrwdoer Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher who is able to provide stimulating, exciting, and challenging opportunities to enable all learners to reach their potential.

This is an exciting time to join our thriving learning community at Cwmffrwdoer Primary School. Our vibrant, innovative school is located in Pontypool with 240 pupils on roll, including a part-time nursery.

We are proud of our strong community ethos, and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We are continually developing our creative curriculum, which values rich, authentic learning experiences and a commitment to high standards in a nurturing environment. We are also committed to further developing our work on diversity and anti-racism.

We are looking for applicants who have an excellent understanding of Curriculum for Wales and the ability to lead an ALoE.

You should also be able to work effectively and independently, using your own initiative, as well as be reliable, resilient, flexible, and proactive.

Applicants need to work effectively as part of our school team and contribute fully to school life, including extracurricular activities.
