b Overview /b p In this role you lead housing safety and environmental protection efforts within a multidisciplinary team, providing technical leadership and professional guidance. You will drive high-quality regulatory and enforcement services and mentor trainees and colleagues. The position supports the Council’s aims through the Torfaen Deal and Marmot Principles, improving living conditions and public health while reducing health inequalities. You will handle complex, potentially confrontational situations with sound judgment and ensure proportionate enforcement.
