A part time vacancy has become available for a receptionist to join our team. Are you friendly and approachable? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you organised? Can you work well as part of a team and on your own initiative?

Main duties of the job

  • Dealing with patients face to face and on the phone
  • Booking appointments
  • Scanning and workflowing documents on Docman
  • Registering new patients
  • Checking emails
  • Carrying out any other tasks requested

Knowledge of Emis and Docman is preferred but not essential.

Job responsibilities

We are a small GP Practice looking for a receptionist/qualified care coordinator to join our friendly team for approximately 13.5 hours per week. These hours are on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 12.30pm - 3.00pm and Friday 12.30pm - 6.30pm. You will also cover sick leave and holidays. Knowledge of Emis web and Docman preferred but not essential.
