You’ll carry out site surveys and inspections across the North West of England — ideally based around Manchester, Leeds or nearby — while being fully supported by our wider technical teams in Portsmouth and Monmouth. When not on site, you’ll be home-based, with access to a strong collaborative network and the professional development opportunities of a growing national consultancy.

- Work closely with internal design teams — Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers — to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering design and construction projects, typically in the £1M–£5M range.
- Strong understanding of sector standards (or similar complex infrastructure).
- Good all-round knowledge of design and construction processes using British, European, and international standards.
