Base salary range: £55,989 - £75,000 per annum. We're looking for a Client Partner - Charity Sector on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What we’re looking for: Our Client Partners drive growth, support strategic planning, and deliver impactful outcomes for our charity clients. This role would suit someone with proven experience in an Account or Product Director or similar role within a digital agency. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key charity accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Client Partners play a vital role in ensuring our services and commercial priorities align with client objectives - driving successful outcomes and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships. You’ll be working primarily in a world of digital strategy, website replatforming, product development and emergent AI services. Note: This is a senior client services role, but not part of the executive leadership team.

- Digital delivery: Experience leading CMS replatforms, website redesigns, or complex design & build projects in a client-facing agency environment.
- Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, account management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strategic planning & account growth: Skilled in account planning, retention strategies, and identifying new opportunities.
- Sales, pitching & proposal development: Comfortable developing and delivering compelling pitches and proposals.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies across CMS, design, AI, and website design and build.
- Collaborate with the CSO and strategy team to implement company strategy in the charity sector.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their digital strategies align with their objectives.
- Lead account planning and drive growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Manage business development activities, including responding to proposals and leading pitches.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of their digital needs.
- Oversee the renewal and expansion of client retainers and income streams.
- Ensure the successful delivery of contractual obligations to clients.
- Manage client budgets and oversee the planning and execution of digital projects.

The money bit: As an employee-owned company our remuneration is made up of two parts, your base salary £55,989 - £75,000 per annum and your tax-free co-owner bonus of £3,600 which is prorated and paid quarterly. There is also an additional profit share scheme.
The application process: The closing date for this role is Friday 25th September 2026. The application process will consist of 2 stages:
- 30-minute first-stage interview, we will ask you more about your previous work experience and skills. You’ll also get a chance to learn more about Torchbox and the role.
- A 90-minute final stage interview, will be a panel interview with 2-3 members of the team. We will delve more into your experience and ask you some competency-based questions. During this stage, we’d like you to complete a written task and a 5-10 minute presentation, we will send you details in advance.
