MRI Radiographer

Join to apply for the MRI Radiographer role at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust . Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust are seeking MRI Radiographers to join our small and friendly MRI team. Successful candidates will carry out MR examinations within the agreed scope of practice, producing images of exemplary diagnostic quality and providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have current knowledge of MRI imaging, and possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. We will consider both full-time and part-time applications. Responsibilities include: Supporting the MR and wider Radiology team to deliver a high-quality, safe, and patient-focused service. Representing the MR and Radiology team professionally. Ensuring compliance with all safety, local, and national regulatory guidance. Participating in out-of-hours services. Supporting a service that handles approximately 12,000 patient visits annually, using Siemens Aera and Sola scanners. Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is an Integrated Care Organisation, managing hospital and community services as one to improve patient care locally. Our expanding MRI team aims to provide timely access to examinations from all referrers. The Trust serves a population of 260,000 in Torbay and South Dartmoor, with an increase of about 100,000 visitors in summer due to tourism.
