We are recruiting for a Band 4 Integrated Therapy Postural Management Practitioner role. The main responsibilities include providing high-quality care to children with complex disabilities requiring 24-hour postural management, as well as delivering group and individual physiotherapy programmes for paediatric pathways. You will be based at a special school, with additional time spent at John Parkes Unit and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate postural management assessments and reviews, including clinics for the Cerebral Palsy Integrated Pathway.
- Input data into postural management databases.
- Assess and order postural management equipment, organizing reviews and adjustments for children on the care pathway.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions, including hydrotherapy, both individually and in groups.
