We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual with a passion for town centres to support the renewal of Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham. If you thrive on making things happen and building strong partnerships this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be leading the development and delivery of a new work programme to rejuvenate Torbay’s town centres working with businesses, community groups, and volunteers to create vibrant, welcoming spaces building pride in our place.
Working with internal and external teams your work will help drive footfall, reduce vacancy rates, and be aligned to our town centre regeneration ambitions.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is self-motivated, dynamic, and solution-focused.
- Has strong leadership and project management skills.
- Can build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Is confident in managing budgets and delivering results.
- Has a good understanding of town centre development and economic growth.
- Communicates clearly and persuasively, with excellent presentation and report writing skills.
