Torbay Council is seeking a Systems Development Officer to join our Payroll team. You will help develop, improve and maximise the systems that underpin our payroll and HR services, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, reliable system changes.
You will combine payroll knowledge with an interest in development and technology, working on configuration, testing, upgrades and reporting improvements, including Power BI, to drive automation and better insights for decision makers.
