An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Directorate for an Assistant Valuer in our Estates service team. This is a diverse and interesting role involving:

  • Providing professional advice on all aspects of estate management
  • Asset valuations
  • Maintaining the Geographical Information System (Map Info) Land Registry layer
  • Updating the asset database and preparing Land Registry compliant plans using Map Info
  • Maintaining property records for acquisitions and disposals
  • Preparing estimates and valuation reports
  • Involvement in preparing annual reports and individual asset valuations and property reviews

You will be part of a supportive, experienced team and you will be able to access excellent learning and development opportunities to support you in your role and personal development, including attainment of RICS Membership if applicable.
