An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Directorate for an Assistant Valuer in our Estates service team. This is a diverse and interesting role involving:
- Providing professional advice on all aspects of estate management
- Asset valuations
- Maintaining the Geographical Information System (Map Info) Land Registry layer
- Updating the asset database and preparing Land Registry compliant plans using Map Info
- Maintaining property records for acquisitions and disposals
- Preparing estimates and valuation reports
- Involvement in preparing annual reports and individual asset valuations and property reviews
