What you’ll be doing

Why join the Beach Services Team?

  • Work in some of the most scenic locations in Torbay.
  • Be part of a close-knit, supportive and hardworking team.
  • Enjoy a role that is active, varied and outdoors.
  • See the direct impact of your work on the visitor experience.
  • Play a key role in maintaining the high standards required for English Riviera Beach Standards.
  • Gain experience across maintenance, operations and customer-facing services.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong practical skills in DIY, carpentry or maintenance work.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and fixing defects.
  • Confidence using hand and power tools.
  • A flexible team player who can work outdoors in all conditions.
  • Great communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things working, enjoys outdoor work and wants to be part of a team that makes a real difference to Torbay’s coastline – we’d love to hear from you.
