We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor and to work with our newly formed Rugby and Basketball academies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and maintaining high standards of learning in and beyond the classroom.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay focused and engaged with pre-set work within a positive and productive environment. You will need excellent communication skills, confidence in managing behaviour, and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students.
In addition, through your involvement with our Rugby and Basketball academies, you will play an important role in supporting player development, including assisting with training sessions and fixtures.
