Our client is an American global digital sports platform. They are a creative production company specializing in high-quality prepress and print services, operating across multiple time zones to support global clients with advanced hybrid cloud workflows and cutting-edge production technology.
Role: Prepress Systems Engineer
A hands-on Prepress Engineer providing daily technical support for prepress workstations and production tools across a hybrid cloud environment, supporting teams in both US West Coast and UK time zones.
- Provide daily technical support for all prepress workstations, software, and production tools.
- Maintain, monitor, and escalate issues related to prepress applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, PitStop, GMG, etc.
- Support rollouts of new technology and conduct user training sessions.
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Production teams when cross-department support is required.
- Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Any experience with prepress workflow software such as Acrobat Pro, Enfocus PitStop, and Prinergy.
- Proficiency supporting macOS-based and Windows production workstations.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud workflows and LucidLink.
Type: Full-time contract
Remote: Hybrid (on-site every other week in London)
