Role Overview
The Global Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in advising organizations on their international expansion strategies, leveraging our comprehensive suite of services, including Global Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions. This role focuses on consulting with prospects to understand their global challenges and providing tailored solutions that streamline their operations. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of global business processes, country-specific regulations, and international expansion strategies, and experience guiding clients through market entry decisions based on local tax incentives and business activities. The ideal candidate has successfully helped organizations consolidate their global operations across Accounting, Payroll, and HR advisory and possesses strong expertise in enterprise buying cycles, with a history of engaging C-suite executives, particularly Chief Financial Officers and Chief People Officers.
You will report to the Global Sales Director – this will be an Individual Contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Consult with prospective clients to identify the best solution for their challenges, advising on country selection based on business activities and talent availability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business for EOR, Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite executives (CFOs, CPOs) to navigate enterprise buying cycles and close deals.
2. Product Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting global expansion.
- Guide clients through global entity setup, payroll, accounting, and HR compliance, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Provide expert advice on international market entry, including tax incentives, corporate structuring, and operational efficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
- Partner with the solution consulting team to design tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to the management team for data-driven decision-making.

- 8+ years in B2B Sales & Global Expansion – Strong track record in B2B consultative selling to international businesses (EOR, Global Payroll is an advantage)
- Enterprise Sales & Client Advisory – Experience guiding organizations on market entry, tax incentives, and operational efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to work with marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
Skills
- Global Business Expertise – Deep understanding of payroll, accounting, HR compliance, and corporate structuring across multiple countries.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation – Ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and influence stakeholders.
