Job Description
We are a fast-growing company specialising in the supply and installation of quartz, granite, and marble worktops.
Established 10 years ago, we have built a strong reputation for excellence and continue to expand rapidly. As part of our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented Worktop Estimator & Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role can be fully remote or based in our office if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotes based on customer-provided measurements and plans.
- Calculate material requirements, including square meterage for worktops.
- Factor in installation costs and any additional services required.
- Liaise proactively with customers and team members to gather any missing information needed for quotes.
- Ensure all estimates are completed in a timely manner and sent to customers.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling customer inquiries, updating records, and assisting with order processing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to calculate square meterage accurately.
- High attention to detail and ability to review plans thoroughly.
- Proactive communicator who is comfortable reaching out to customers or managers for clarification.
