What the role involves:
- Assisting nursery staff in caring for and supervising children aged 0–5
- Supporting daily routines such as feeding, changing, and toilet training
- Engaging children through fun and educational activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams
- Working across multiple locations based on staffing needs
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification is desirable, but not essential
- Experience with young children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s development and well-being
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Important safeguarding information:
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
- Be eligible to work in regulated roles – not on the Children’s Barred List
- Successfully complete background and reference checks
