  • Data & Reporting: Support in gathering and processing data related to revenue, recruitment, and marketing. Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) to create and update performance reports. Help turn data into basic dashboards or summaries that inform decision-making.
  • Research & Expansion Support: Assist with research into potential new nursery locations. Support in pulling together demographic and market data for feasibility reports. Help coordinate communications between the CRO and external partners (e.g. real estate agents, consultants).
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a point of contact across departments to ensure the CRO’s objectives and timelines are aligned. Maintain and update action plans across departments. Support with preparing internal documents, reports, and presentations.
