We are working with a leading global investment bank to hire an Analyst and an Associate to join its Investment Banking division in London. The team focuses on M&A and strategic advisory across complex industrial sectors, advising clients on a wide range of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
- Conduct company and industry research to support deal origination and execution
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers on live transactions and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience for Analyst / 3 - 6 years for Associate within Investment Banking or M&A
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience working on live transactions
- Excellent academic background
