Our client is a leading mid-cap private equity firm based in London, with a strong focus on the technology sector across Europe. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent German speaker with 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably with exposure to M&A in the Technology or TMT sectors.

  • Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.)
  • Monitor and report on portfolio company performance
  • Strong academic background from a top-tier university
  • Native or fluent in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid technical and analytical skill set with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
