A leading Private Equity Fund is currently looking to expand its investment team in London and is hiring at both Associate and Investment Manager level. The team is seeking candidates with experience across private equity, investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory, who are looking to work on high-profile investment opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and executing investment opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Conducting financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
  • Performing market and industry research to support investment decisions
  • Supporting portfolio management and investment strategy implementation
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, advisors, and management teams throughout transactions

Requirements:

  • 1–8 years of relevant experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Due Diligence
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skill set
  • Experience in M&A execution and investment analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple workstreams
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA / ACA / ACCA / CPA qualifications are advantageous
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

Location: London

Work setup: In-office environment with international exposure and deal execution responsibilities.
