The Role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CâSuite & Office Manager to support senior leadership and oversee dayâtoâday operations in the company's London office. You will be a key point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external partners, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination across a fastâgrowing, international environment. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in dynamic settings and who feels inspired by the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highâlevel executive support to the CâSuite, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Act as the main administrative point for the London office, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Liaise with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
- Support internal communications, documentation, and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Contribute to a positive, missionâdriven office culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager in an international or fastâpaced environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Ideally, in a combination with Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Polish.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in Europe's tech, innovation, and defense sectors is highly valued
