My team is cooperating with a well established Investment Fund based in the UK and they are looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager level professionals to join their team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the UK;
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
- Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
