We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the C‑Suite & Office Manager to support senior leadership and oversee day‑to‑day operations in the company’s London office. You will be a key point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external partners, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination across a fast‑growing, international environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level executive support to the C‑Suite, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as the main administrative point for the London office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Support internal communications, documentation, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to a positive, mission‑driven office culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager in an international or fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Ideally, a combination with Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Polish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in Europe’s tech, innovation, and defense sectors is highly valued.
