Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to the C‑Suite, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as the main administrative point for the London office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
- Support internal communications, documentation, and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager in an international or fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Ideally, a combination with Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Polish.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in Europe’s tech, innovation, and defense sectors is highly valued.
