Associate (Energy)

Job Title: Investment Associate Sector: Technology Company: Mid-market Private Equity Visa Sponsorship: Language Requirements: German Our client is a leading mid-cap private equity firm based in London, with a strong focus on the technology sector across Europe. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent German speaker with 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking , preferably with exposure to M&A in the Technology or TMT sectors. Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.) Monitor and report on portfolio company performance Strong academic background from a top-tier university ~ Native or fluent in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken) ~ Solid technical and analytical skill set with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency ~ Genuine interest in the technology sector and private equity investing
