TOPRA’s membership body consists of individuals within healthcare (i.e., pharmaceutical, biotech, or health technology). The industry is responsible for regulating the manufacturing, distribution, and usage of specific healthcare interventions and to ensure this complies with strict laws and regulations for those who work in healthcare. TOPRA supports its members with training, development, and education and improves professional competence while setting standards for those who work in Regulatory Affairs. TOPRA provides networking and learning opportunities for its members and discussions on best practices through workshops, seminars, conferences, symposiums, etc.
Role Description
The Commercial and Operations Team Administrator plays a key role in supporting the operational and commercial functions within TOPRA. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the Director of Finance, Commercial and Operations, coordinating operational processes and staff training, assisting with assessing the levels of office supplies and placing orders. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven previous experience in office administration or support role
- Proficiency in office software including the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Experience working in a customer service/customer facing organisation
- Comfortable working with Windows operating systems
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to draft communications and correspondence and manage filing of documents
- Confidence interacting with stakeholders
- Some experience of preparing reports and compiling data and research and ability to analyse basic commercial data and trends
- Ideally experience supporting a commercial team or have worked in a fast paced and customer facing environment
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and proposals would be beneficial, but not essential
- Some familiarity of GDPR and health & safety regulation would be an advantage but is not essential
