The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to lead the operational delivery of TOPRA's Level 7 Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apprenticeship. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a nationally recognised apprenticeship programme, working closely with apprentices, employers, End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs), awarding bodies and internal colleagues to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding and quality requirements, while driving continuous improvement and supporting apprentices to successfully complete their programme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational delivery of the Level 7 Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apprenticeship.
- Manage apprentice recruitment, onboarding, induction, progress reviews and programme completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices, employers and key external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules, apprenticeship standards, Ofsted requirements and internal quality assurance processes.
- Monitor learner progress, retention, achievement and satisfaction, implementing timely interventions where required.
- Produce programme reports, monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line manage the Apprenticeship Delivery Officer and support the ongoing development of the apprenticeship provision.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience managing apprenticeship programmes, ideally at Level 7 or within higher education.
- Strong understanding of UK apprenticeship funding, compliance requirements and End Point Assessment (EPA) processes.
- Experience of working with apprenticeship management systems (e.g. OneFile, ACE360 or similar).
- Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employers, apprentices and external partners.
Desirable: Teaching or assessor qualification, knowledge of the regulatory affairs or healthcare sector, and experience of quality assurance or Ofsted requirements.
