CTD is a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions within the House Builder Sector. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients, including national housebuilders, regional developers, tiling contractors, housing associations, and councils.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting CTD products and solutions within the Scotland area. You will develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
- Identify decision makers within each customer/prospect account and develop strategic business-to-business relationships.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers\β business needs and requirements.
- Present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals in line with prospecting and pipeline work.
- Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
- Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing the company\βs Business Intelligence system.
- Ensure the company CRM system is updated regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
- Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed, in line with objectives agreed upon with the House Builder Sales Director.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
