What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need to know about tiles to work in a Topps Tile store.
- If retail’s your speciality and you share our passion for exceptional customer service, you’ll make a great Deputy Store Manager.
- Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll inspire, manage and develop a small store team, driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.
- You’ll help team members to become product experts and give them the confidence to make the most of sales opportunities and build strong relationships with our retail and trade customers.
- You’ll constantly be looking for exciting new ways to improve your store and the customer experience.
- By having an interest in interior design or being a creative person, you will be able to inspire our customers in their style choices using leading edge technology.
