Overview
Working alongside the Store Manager, you\’ll inspire, manage and develop a small store team, driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll help team members become product experts and give them the confidence to make the most of sales opportunities and build strong relationships with our retail and trade customers. You’ll also look for new ways to improve the store and the customer experience, and use your interest in interior design to inspire customers in their style choices using leading edge technology.
No two days are the same: you could be getting creative, helping with our traders, lifting tiles, or putting away deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, manage and develop a small store team alongside the Store Manager.
- Drive sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coach, train and share knowledge to help team members become product experts and maximise sales opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with retail and trade customers.
- Identify and implement improvements to the store and customer experience.
- Support store operation to ensure it works smoothly and is well presented.
- Contribute to creative engagement with customers and support traders as needed.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling as part of daily duties.

- You have retail experience, have led teams, and can show where you exceeded sales and profit targets.
