Stock Controller Shift Operatives –

Big things are happening at Topps Group, home to premier UK tile brands including CTD, Topps Tiles, Pro Tiler Tools, Parkside and Fired Earth.

  • NN4 9EX , you will be working

2PM - 10PM . Our products are heavy, and lifting is a massive part of this role, so we need people who are comfortable doing this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory integrity using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other business systems.
  • Manage the returns process, ensuring returned stock is accurately processed, quarantined where necessary, and correctly recorded within inventory systems.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, carrying out cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely within a small warehouse team to support the smooth and efficient operation of the late shift.
  • Monitor stock movements, receipts, and despatches, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Provide operational support by undertaking picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as required to meet customer and business demands.

Use strong system skills and attention to detail to analyse stock issues, produce reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous stock control experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support warehouse picking and operational activities when required.
