Topps Tiles is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead a busy store and deliver outstanding customer service, strong sales and profit results.

You will coach and develop a close-knit team, manage full P&L and drive performance through clear leadership and hands-on guidance.

You will create the business plan, own day-to-day operations, and ensure excellent store standards while covering flexible opening hours including weekends.
