Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all required site elements (labour, materials, plant, and equipment) are available for the first delivery.
  • Check accuracy and issue the production Daily Diary, detailing client, site address, labour, materials, plant, and equipment.
  • React and respond to short‑term changes in site requirements or conditions.
  • Record the actual volumes of material deliveries.
  • Prepare information required for site inductions.
  • Arrange accommodation for delivery teams.
  • Maintain and update company trackers.
  • Arrange accommodation for employees.
  • Run and produce department reports.
