Role Responsibility We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Coordinator who will be working as part of our Logistics team. You will be responsible for administrative and logistical tasks in addition to providing support to the office on ad hoc duties as required.
- Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring that all elements required are available on each site primarily; Labour Materials (scheduled to meet production requirements) Plant and Equipment
- Check accuracy and issue the production of Daily Diary detailing; Client Site address Labour Materials Plant and Equipment
- React and respond as required to short-term changes in site requirements / conditions
- Record the actual volumes of material deliveries to all sites
- Prepare and collate information required for site inductions
- Arranging accommodation for delivery teams as required
Admin Duties
- Maintaining and updating company trackers
- Arranging accommodation for employees
- Running and producing department reports
Ideal Candidate
- A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work overtime to meet the needs of the business when required
- Good Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail)
- Good organisational skills. Able to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines, and the ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually to ensure that team targets are always met
- Flexible in your thinking and approach to tasks
- Adapt successfully to changing situations and environments
