Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager who will work alongside and support our dynamic Sales team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while working alongside our Key Account Managers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Engaging with client representatives through phone calls and email communication.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions.
  • Keeping client records accurate and up to date in the CRM, including contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Following up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers.
  • Providing administrative support for tender submissions, including tasks like preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions.
  • Monitoring online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Developing periodic content and communications to key account client segments.
  • Attending and assisting at industry-specific shows and exhibitions as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Support the Sales team with admin tasks and ad-hoc duties.
