Role Description: As a Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in our sales function, ensuring all enquiries, quotes, and client communications are effectively managed from initial enquiry through to job success. You will work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and act as a central point of coordination providing timely feedback, managing client expectations, and ensuring our CRM systems reflect accurate, up-to-date progress. This is a collaborative role for someone who thrives on organisation and communication.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries ensuring all details are accurately logged.
- Undertake an initial review of enquiries received to ensure adequate information has been provided to create records within our operational system.
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients ensuring they meet client and company standards.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
- Maintain accurate project status CRM records in Pipedrive and Focal Point.
- Follow up on quotes using to gather feedback and support conversions.
- Assist and support Account Managers with preparing proposals, tender documentation, including completing PQQs, presentations and formal client submissions.
- Support Account Managers by providing project updates and coordinating actions during sales meetings.

- Good Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail).
