We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager who will work alongside and support our dynamic Sales team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Working alongside our Key Account Managers, you will:
- Engage with client representatives through phone calls and email communication.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date in the CRM, including contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Follow up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals.
- Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers.
- Provide administrative support for tender submissions, including tasks like preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions.
- Monitor online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Develop periodic content and communications to key account client segments.
- Attend and assist at industry-specific shows and exhibitions as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Support the Sales team with admin tasks and ad-hoc duties.
