Our dynamic, innovative team works with FMCG brands to prepare packaging artworks for mass print production. This ensures that we are constantly driving our business forward and offering our customers the highest quality service, whether this is retouching media ready for print or crafting a 3D image for E-commerce sites.
The Project Co-Ordinator's main role in the strategy and pipeline team is to support the execution and delivery of compliant artwork for Brand Change projects. You will ensure the delivery of the artwork to satisfy customer briefs, right first time in terms of quality, cost and timing.
Role Responsibilities:- Stakeholder management and clear communication with stakeholders in the project including informing project manager of risks and timings of artwork delivery.
- Communicates negative information in a positive light when possible.
- Working effectively as part of an artwork coordinator team to assist and support each other to help grow knowledge and experience.
- Follow correct process and ensure all critical controls are met along the way to deliver fully approved compliant artwork.
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Systems knowledge including; SAP PLM & DEP, Planview and Project Place, Mosaic, EQMS and DCH.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Packaging/print/artwork experience is desirable.
