As part of our Retail team, you’ll join our London store as a Sales Associate. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team in achieving sales and operational objectives.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
  • Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
