What you’ll be doing?
- Lead and optimize 3PL partners across UK & EU for warehousing, fulfillment & transportation.
- Manage domestic logistics (UK & intra-EU) – last-mile, carrier management & route optimization.
- Handle inbound & outbound shipments from overseas (mainly Asia/HK) into EU/UK.
- Own customs clearance, documentation, VAT, duties & regulatory compliance.
- Provide full operational support for B2C, B2B and Retail orders (store replenishment, promotions, returns).
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions and compliance with Finance/Accounts.
- Develop and implement SOPs; act as the bridge between UK/EU and Hong Kong HQ.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement as the business scales.
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years in supply chain / logistics / 3PL, with 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK & EU domestic logistics, international shipping & customs clearance.
- Experience supporting multi-channel operations (B2C, B2B, Retail).
- ERP experience (NetSuite / SAP advantageous).
- Right to work in the UK.
