Lead and optimize 3PL partners across UK & EU for warehousing, fulfillment & transportation.
Manage domestic logistics (UK & intra-EU) – last-mile, carrier management & route optimization.
Handle inbound & outbound shipments from overseas (mainly Asia/HK) into EU/UK.
Own customs clearance, documentation, VAT, duties & regulatory compliance.
Provide full operational support for B2C, B2B and Retail orders (store replenishment, promotions, returns).
Ensure accurate ERP transactions and compliance with Finance/Accounts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in supply chain / logistics / 3PL, with 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK & EU domestic logistics, international shipping & customs clearance.
- ERP experience (NetSuite / SAP advantageous).
- Stabilize and optimize UK/EU logistics network.
- Build strong collaboration with HK HQ and local partners.
