We are looking for an Employee Relations Notetaker or Industrial Relations Notetaker.

Location: Midlands (onsite at clients' offices)

Contract: Part‑time and flexible

The Role

Our client is a well‑established outsourced HR company that supports employers across the Midlands with professional and compliant HR services. They are now seeking a reliable and highly accurate HR Notetaker to support Senior HR Investigators during employee and industrial relations investigations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident taking detailed notes in live meetings and producing clear typed records shortly after. You will support both online and in‑person investigations and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate written records to support formal HR investigations.
  • Attend disciplinary and grievance investigations in person and online.
  • Take clear, accurate and impartial notes during live meetings.
  • Type up detailed investigation notes within agreed timeframes.
  • Produce professional written records suitable for formal HR files.
  • Work closely with a Senior HR Investigator throughout each case.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Travel to client sites across the Midlands when required.
