Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with internal departments and Sales Managers of our resellers and other commercial partners to encourage them to offer their customers PEAC’s leasing offerings.
  • Establish a regular cadence of face‑to‑face meetings, calls and email to ensure we remain top of mind with our partners.
  • Become an expert in the various sales platform tools (topi; PEAC portal) and train and support the sales employees of our partners in using them.
  • Be the voice of the customer in internal discussions on product roadmap planning.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to guide them through the application and assessment stages; find fast and efficient solutions for any challenges or problems that arise through the process.
  • Manage pipeline to aid accurate forecasting and maximising share of wallet.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proactively review data to identify trends and drive proposals for timely improvements.
  • Line management in a changing environment.
  • Provide our customers with a best‑in‑class service.
  • Run analysis on customer performance to share with the team and management.

Qualifications

  • You have experience (4+ years) in B2B Key Account Management and can demonstrate proven success in managing key customer relationships, ideally in the areas of e‑commerce, finance, or technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and can confidently communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Line management experience with proven ability to adapt to the business needs.
  • Highly organised, structured manner, maintain an overview of complex projects, and can effectively set priorities.
  • A good understanding of leasing rates, commissions and basic deal profiles.
