As a Performance Media Manager, you'll lead the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of digital media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. You will be the performance lead on a major client in the AI and tech sector, collaborating with creative and accounts teams, working autonomously and obsessively analysing data to drive better results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, and day‑to‑day management of paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
- Own media buys across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels, building sophisticated B2B campaigns that balance brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline impact.
- Monitor campaign delivery, targeting, and creative results — and use analytics to uncover insights and make optimisation decisions in real‑time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to influence strategy, tactics, and creative to maximise results.
- Produce clear, insightful weekly performance reports and present results to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Stay on top of platform updates, cultural shifts, and digital trends to inform strategies and content recommendations.
- Manage and develop a junior team member, providing day‑to‑day guidance and oversight.
- Manage your workload across multiple live campaigns and shifting priorities with precision and calm.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in planning and buying performance media, with a strong focus on B2B or professional services clients.
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms — experience with Meta an advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B targeting strategies, buying cycles, and how to connect paid media to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets and measurement platforms, and a love for turning data into insights.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and project coordination abilities, and a proven track record of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously at scale.
- Sharp written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex performance insights clearly and concisely.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
