As a Media Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-impact advertising campaigns across digital and social channels. You’ll work closely with the wider team to plan, launch, optimise and analyse campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting clients. This entry/junior level role is perfect for someone who is excited to break into the advertising industry, with a passion for media, data, and storytelling. Whether you’re setting up campaigns, learning how platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok work behind the scenes, or helping analyse performance, no two days will feel the same. You’ll get hands-on experience from day one and gain exposure to the full campaign cycle: from pitch to reporting. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and eager to learn fast. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you do need the drive to find them.
Responsibilities- Support in the planning, setup, and day-to-day management of digital media campaigns across a diverse range of clients — including tech, healthcare, events, advocacy, politics, and B2B.
- Help activate campaigns across key platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Search, and programmatic media.
- Conduct research to inform campaign strategies and support new business opportunities.
- Track campaign spend, ensure budgets are updated accurately, and flag discrepancies where needed.
- Keep internal tools and project boards up to date to support smooth campaign delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and creative results, using analytics tools to help uncover insights.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports across client campaigns.
- Stay plugged into digital trends, platform updates, and wider culture to keep strategies relevant and effective.
- Manage your time and tasks across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Work closely with senior team members to continuously grow your skills and confidence in the media space.
- Take a data-driven approach to all digital campaigns and commit to learning agency processes inside and out.

- Either University Degree (Marketing, Statistics or a similar preferred but not required) OR >1 year experience working within a relevant role.
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical confidence is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Strong interest in digital media, with a basic understanding of advertising platforms, marketing tools, and the broader digital ecosystem.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- A self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, performance marketing, and continuous learning.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
