TG sits at the intersection of politics, creativity, and digital. We work with political leaders, global brands, and public institutions on campaigns that actually move the needle. We're looking for an Account Manager who gets that and can join us on a fixed term contract. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, holds a high bar, and brings genuine energy to the work and the team around them. You'll come from a creative or digital agency environment. You know how to run campaigns, manage clients, and keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball.
Responsibilities
- Client leadership & strategy
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a day-to-day lead
- Lead client meetings and present work clearly, confidently, and persuasively
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges
- Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and proactively identify opportunities
- Support senior team on strategic direction and account growth
- Project management
- Own the end-to-end delivery across multiple clients and workstreams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, tech)
- Write clear creative briefs and support development of presentations
- Demonstrate strong creative judgement and high standards across output
- Campaign & platform management
- Analyse campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights
- Optimise campaigns based on performance and platform best practice
- Be comfortable working across key ad platforms, and keen to learn new ones
- Support the setup and management of paid social and digital campaigns
- Stay up to date with platform, media, and wider digital trends
- Commercial & operational management
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements
- Support scoping, forecasting, and proposal development
- Contribute to new business pitches and opportunities
- Ensure clear project tracking and efficient ways of working across teams
- Knowledge & innovation
- Write and maintain up-to-date case studies for key campaigns
- Capture results and insights to support marketing and new business
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to enhance research, content, and productivity
- Proactively explore new tools, technologies, and ways of working
- Team contribution & development
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
- Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive culture
- Take ownership of your development and continue building your skillset
Requirements
- 2–4+ years’ experience in account management at a creative or media agency
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns, across digital and social channels
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Solid understanding of marketing, brand, and digital advertising principles
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Curiosity about how the industry is changing and new tools change the work
