Overview

As a Content Marketing Executive, your role will be to develop and execute our clients’ overall content marketing strategy, with a focus on content creation and optimisation. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team working alongside our in-house technical SEO experts in the Performance Content division on a range of exciting clients. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied, including tasks such as writing articles, blogs, product pages and other forms of online content, as well as supporting on creating detailed data-led content audits to insights in support of content strategy development. You will support the Content Marketing Senior Executives and the Content Marketing Manager in monitoring performance of content and producing reports of findings to present back to the client. You’ll have access to a variety of tools for developing insights and opportunities to help clients achieve their business goals. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate and curious about what they do but is comfortable discussing ideas and new ways of working to the wider team and clients in an accessible way.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of multi-format digital content with a focus on editorial and product content
  • Delivery and understanding of innovative content marketing, audience research, and distribution strategies
  • Contributing to effective and accurate completion of key deliverables such as competitor analysis and keyword research documents
  • Adding effective and confident contributions to team meetings, client meetings and the pitch and sales process
  • Consistently accurate administration, budgeting and time management
  • Achieving high client service scores and in-depth understanding of client business
  • Drive innovation in content marketing and integration with other media campaigns and services
  • Develop, support and educate other team members and clients in regards to the place of Content Marketing and its importance in driving performance for clients

Qualifications

  • Excellent written skills
  • Organised, with high attention to detail and good project management skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal communication skills to be comfortable speaking to clients
  • High computer literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel) and ability to learn different tools and platforms quickly
  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing
