What you will do in the role
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—share Topgolf’s offerings and set the stage for an unforgettable experience while encouraging food, beverage, and gaming options that drive sales.
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bay areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with fellow Playmakers to deliver a high‑quality Player experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bay clean and safe.
- Live Topgolf values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; must be comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Spend most of the shift on your feet; enjoy walking.
- Engage in a variety of physical tasks; a can‑do attitude is essential.
- Endure long shifts and maintain pace in high‑volume environment.
