Senior PR & External Communications Manager

We're looking for an experienced PR and External Communications Lead to shape how TOPdesk's story is heard across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.

You'll own our PR approach across three distinct markets, strengthening media relationships and turning our product and AI strategy into stories that earn attention and credibility.

Working closely with our CMO, Executive Team, and Marketing and Communications teams, you'll help build a consistent TOPdesk narrative while adapting it to each market.

As TOPdesk grows, we expect more markets to join your remit.

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
  • Salary starting at £55,200 with profit share scheme
  • Own PR strategy and execution acrossthe Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting your approach to the maturity and media landscape of each market.
  • Support and prepare our Executive Teamfor interviews, panels and speaking opportunities, from messaging and talking points to preparation and follow-up.
  • Lead communications around key TOPdesk moments, includingevents, product announcements and our evolving AI roadmap.

  • Manage PR agencies and freelance partners across markets, setting clear priorities and ensuring high-quality, locally relevant execution.
  • Build a meaningful approach to PR measurement, focusing onshare of voice, quality of coverage, message pull-through and business relevance, rather than simply counting media mentions.
  • Adapt messaging and tone to different European audiences without losing TOPdesk’s global positioning.
  • Help build a scalable European PR playbookas additional markets join the remit.
  • What makes this role different

You'll join at a point where there is real opportunity to shape how TOPdesk shows up across Europe.

Rather than inheriting a finished PR playbook, you’ll have the space to build one: deciding where we focus, which relationships matter and how we turn our technology, people and perspective into stories worth telling.

You’ll work directly with senior leaders, influence how we communicate our approach to AI, and help strengthen TOPdesk’s reputation across three very different European markets.

And as our international presence grows, so will the scope of this role.

If you enjoy combining strategy, storytelling, media relationships and hands-on execution, we’d love to hear from you.
