TOPdesk is seeking a Platform PMM to own the positioning, ICP and narrative for the evolving TOPdesk product as AI capabilities are added and ITSM expands into enterprise service management.
You’ll report to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing and collaborate with Product, Sales, and the wider marketing team.
The role will set best practices and establish the standard for launches and campaigns across the organization.
